Ingredients for the preparation of Afghan rice
- ・3 cups rice
- 300 g mutton
- ・2 carrots
- A pint of raisins
- 1 tablespoon pistachio slice
- 1 tablespoon almond slice
- ・2 onions
- A cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon blown saffron
- 2 tablespoons orange slice
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ・1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
- Salt and turmeric in the necessary amounts
How to make delicious and prom polo
Step 1
First, wash two medium onions with water and remove the skin with a knife. We then chop it with a negin-shaped knife. Pour a little oil into a frying pan and place it on a medium flame of gas. When the oil is well heated, add the onion. Then add a little turmeric to the onion and roast until soft and golden.
Step 2
At this point, wash about 300 grams of mutton with water and chop with a cleaver. Add the chopped meat to the onion pan. Toast the meat with onions to change the color of the meat
Step 3
Once the color of the meat has changed, add a tablespoon of tomato paste to the meat. Toast the meat with tomato paste until it smells raw. Then add cardamom powder and blown saffron to the pan.
Pour two pints of boiling water into the pan and close the lid and wait for the meat to slowly gas over a gentle flame. Add nearly a quarter to the full cooking of the meat to that salt.

Wash the skin of Portugal and cut it into fine slices with a knife. Then put the skin in boiling water to simmer well. After boiling a little, rinse it. Now roast the slices of orange peel in a frying pan with orange peel oil and a cup of sugar.

Now is the time to prepare rice. Rinse the rice we had already soaked. Pour in a saucepan to half the water and place on the gas flame to boil. When the water comes to a boil, add the rice to it. Wait a little while for the rice to boil, then rinse the rice. Now pour into the pot a little oil and pour some rinsed rice into the bottom of the pot.
Then pour some of the cooked meat and carrots, almond slices, raisins and pistachios over the rice and pour the rice over it again. We keep doing this until all the material is finished. Then close the lid and place the pot on the gas flame. About an hour is needed to brew rice.
Step 7
After brewing the rice, you can pour it in a beautiful dysle. Decorate the rice with blown saffron. This dish is very tasty for lunch along with salads.
